Price Promise Guarantee

To qualify for our Price Promise

• The competitor must be a genuine UK based online or physical retailer business selling directly through its own website or bricks and mortar retail store.
• The competitor must hold a valid UK VAT registration.
• The item must be brand new, genuine and identical, including the same manufacturer reference/SKU, colour and specification.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.
• The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by our team.
• The competitor's total price, including any mandatory delivery charges, will be used for comparison.
• The request must be submitted before you place your order.

Our Price Promise does not apply to: 

• Amazon, eBay or any other online marketplace.
• Third-party marketplace sellers, including those selling via Amazon Marketplace.
• Private sellers or auction websites.
• Refurbished, used, ex-display or open-box products.
• Products that are out of stock or not available for immediate dispatch.
• Prices available only through voucher codes, promotional codes, cashback offers, loyalty schemes or membership programmes.
• Products already subject to promotional pricing, clearance, liquidation, flash sales or other temporary discounts from the retailer's normal advertised selling price.
• Finance offers, bundle deals or multi-buy promotions.
• International retailers or retailers not established in the UK.
• Retailers that are not genuine UK e-commerce businesses or that cannot provide a valid UK VAT registration number.
• Pricing errors or obvious mistakes.

To request a Price Promise, simply contact us before ordering with:

• A link to the competitor's product page.
• The advertised price.
• The competitor's website details.

Our team will verify eligibility as quickly as possible.

Fashion Watch Studio reserves the right to verify all information before approving any Price Promise request. We reserve the right to decline any request where we reasonably believe:

• the competing retailer is not a genuine online retailer;
• the product or price cannot be independently verified;
• the competitor is selling below cost or as part of an exceptional clearance event;
• the transaction would result in a sale below our own cost price;
• there are concerns regarding the authenticity of the product, the legitimacy of the retailer, or the retailer's ability to fulfil the order; or
• honouring the request would otherwise not be commercially viable.

Our decision on all Price Promise requests is final.
